Bristol airport rejection!

Today we got a reply from Bristol International Airport about our inquiry about using the outside of the airport for our project. Unfortunately, this is the response we got...

Hi Steve

Thank you for your email received via the website requesting permission to film at the airport on Sunday 20 January 2013.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist, due to security reasons it is not possible to allow ad-hoc filming as you request anywhere on the airport, without myself being present and media passes issued for the filming crew/photographers.    It is also due to resources available, as you can appreciate we receive large volumes of requests similar to yours, seven days a week, twenty four hours a day and your project does not meet a news item requirement or business need.

We do however have several backups, as we anticipated this, as bristol airport are tight on security, even though we are only filming the outside.
